NSCDC officials die in fatal accident

Some men of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corp (NSCDC) have recently lost their lives in a fatal accident which occured in Keffi town Nasarawa State. The Female squad vehicle which conveyed officers and men of the CINAI and armsquad unit for an official assignment at Keffi was involved in a fatal accident which claimed the lives of two officers, the driver and one DSC of armsquad unit. The two officers have both been buried according to Islamic rites.

Ebonyi state governor decries health materials being diverted by unknown men

Ebonyi State Governor Francis Nwifuru Ogbonna has made a sudden stop at the state’s Ministry of Health, where he saw a fully loaded with primacy health care materials being carted away by yet to be confirmed people. Abuja Herbalist shoots self as bulletproof charm fails

A herbalist identified as Ismail Usman has sustained a life-threatening injury while testing a self-made ‘bulletproof’ charm. The incident occurred at the Kuchibuyi village in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja on November 23. Usman was said to have picked a locally fabricated gun after he had fortified himself with the charm he had prepared and shot himself in the stomach. Unfortunately, the charm failed to protect him, leaving him severely injured.
